Meet the Team
Our services are provided by a team of highly educated professionals in the real estate industry. Through our concierge property management services, we strive to ensure our tenants have a home they love, while maximizing profits for our landlords. All with the end goal of building better neighborhoods and a better community for all to live.
Mark is a native of Kansas City and has been involved in real estate investing for the past decade. Mark began his real estate journey with his business partner, Eddie. They started out as rehabbers, renovating houses all over the Kansas City metro. From there, they expanded into buying and managing their own portfolio of rental properties.
As a team, Mark and Eddie saw an opportunity to provide quality property management at a boutique level. Their approach helps investors grow their businesses while focusing on tenant satisfaction and revenue growth. Together, they have grown their business over 100% in the past 2 years.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his beautiful Shepherd mix, Alonna, as well as with family and friends. He also loves to travel when he gets the chance
Eddie Van Buskirk is a Kansas City native who has been in the real estate industry since 2016. He is a licensed real estate agent and serves as the broker for his property management team. Eddie brings a wide range of experience to the table, from construction and remodeling to sourcing properties and managing rental portfolios.
His journey into property management began when he realized most companies in the industry weren’t delivering the level of service owners deserved. Believing there was a better way, Eddie founded his business with a focus on staying small, prioritizing quality, and building lasting relationships. Helping owners create profitable, stress-free investment properties is one of his greatest joys.
Outside of real estate, Eddie has been married to his wife, Katlin, since 2017. Together, they are raising four children and love traveling as a family and spending summers at the lake. When he’s not thinking about real estate, Eddie enjoys performing stand-up comedy and competing as an amateur arm wrestler.
Brylea brings eight years of experience in property management with a strong focus on relationship-driven service. She began her career specializing in collections and evictions, where she quickly discovered that even the most difficult situations can be handled with empathy, clear communication, and professionalism. Through this approach, Brylea was able to build positive, lasting relationships with residents—an experience that ultimately shaped the direction of her career.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the industry, Brylea transitioned out of strictly collections-based work to focus on full-service property management. She believes that strong, genuine relationships with owners, residents, and vendors are essential to success and is passionate about challenging the misconception that property managers don’t care. For Brylea, accountability, respect, and communication are at the core of effective property management.
Outside of work, Brylea spends her time with her husband, Joey, their five cats (yes, five) and pit bull, Indie. When she’s not managing properties, she’s likely adding to her record collection, attending concerts, experimenting in the kitchen to perfect her cooking and baking skills, or getting her hands dirty in the garden. She believes a well-balanced life—much like good property management—requires patience, creativity, and a little bit of organized chaos.
